1. Your membership

You must be at least 18 to create a profile. Secure sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile and business details you supply and for keeping access to your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate another person or business.

2. Business listings

You must have authority to offer an item or service and permission to use submitted photographs and other content. Describe the actual item, price, condition, material defects, location and selling capacity accurately. Do not publish counterfeit goods, unlawful goods or misleading claims. Do not include sensitive personal data or payment credentials in public descriptions.

Listings begin as drafts or review submissions. iQOLI’s owner may publish, reject or archive a listing. Publication is not a guarantee of authenticity, business authorisation, ownership, quality, insurance or regulatory approval.

3. Editorial concepts

Editorial images and motion previews are labelled as concepts. Some imagery is AI-generated and does not represent real stock, a real property, an actual business, a live broadcast or an offer for sale. You cannot purchase or bid on an editorial concept.

4. Enquiries, offers and appointments

Private messages, proposed offers and appointment requests are expressions of interest. Using these functions does not complete a purchase, reserve an item, create an auction bid or automatically confirm an appointment. A business response marked interested does not itself record a completed sale on iQOLI. Confirm the details directly with the business and obtain appropriate evidence before making a purchasing decision.

This release does not collect card details or hold buyer or seller money. Do not send passwords, banking credentials or card details in messages.

5. Submitted content

You retain your rights in content you submit. By submitting a listing and requesting publication, you permit iQOLI to store and display that content to operate the requested listing service. You must not upload content that infringes another person’s rights. Images uploaded for listings may be accessible through their direct public URL, including while a listing is a draft; do not upload confidential material.

6. Acceptable use and moderation

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, send harassment or spam, submit false privacy requests or use the website for fraud. Content or access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with a legal obligation. Contact us through the website if you believe action was taken in error.

7. Fees and future services

No joining fee or transaction payment is collected by the current release. Any future paid service requires its own clearly disclosed commercial terms before you commit. Registering interest does not guarantee a launch date, admission to a programme or commercial results.

8. Privacy and deletion

See the Privacy Policy for data collection, sharing, retention and your rights. You can submit an account or data deletion request without logging in. Requests are reviewed and verified as needed; submission does not immediately delete records.

9. Availability and legal rights

Features may change as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or endorse a purchasing decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The legal operating entity, business address and applicable commercial jurisdiction remain to be confirmed and published. These terms do not claim a particular incorporation or replace the terms required for a transactional marketplace launch.
